Tagged and bagged!  Thats how my old unit was used to make Congee.  Newer one
cant use the warmer until it's been through the 'cook' portion.  Light
lights, but no actual heat added (or not noticed before I decided to hit the
cook setting).

It's so fast to make up rice, if it's just rice, that i never thought about
delayed functions there for just that.  Congee yes, as its nice to pot it all
up and let it slow meld overnight so it's ready in the morning.
