I've cooked a lot of things with tomato in
them, in foil, never noticed any interaction.
I usually don't freeze things in foil anymore
though, use ziploc bags.

Can't stand sitting all the time, have to
get up and move around every so often.
Made a nice beef stew yesterday, today
will make baked chicken. Doesn't take much
to prepare.

Well I was in the "process" of getting
it taken care of from early on...first
my GP thought it was osteoarthritis, 
then I got an MRI, then we "waited"
then I scheduled the surgery...all of 
that took time. I was in no hurry to 
rush into surgery if I could avoid it.
Once it became clear that it was the
best solution (so far) I scheduled it.
Still not sure that it's the final 
solution...but I'm hoping!
