     Title: How To Cook Cereal Prawn

    600 g  Prawns, shell on
    225 g  flour
     50 g  milk powder
      1    egg
           oil to deep fry
      1 ts salt
           Cereal (Nestum original)
      3    Curry leaves
      1    Chili padi (chopped)
           Butter

Cereal prawn, which is a Singapore dish, has always been the
favorite of all ages. Here are a few easy steps for everyone to try
at home. 

Place all ingredients on one spot that is easy to access. Clean
prawns, leave shell on. Mix the flour with the milk powder. Beat the
egg. Dip the prawns into the egg. Coat the prawns with the mixture
of flour and milk powder. Deep fry the prawns. Leave aside after
cooked. In a wok, melt the butter and add in curry leaves and chili
padi. Cook till there is aroma. Put in the cereal and stir fry for a
while and add the teaspoon of sugar. Put the prawns in and stir fry
for a while.( You can turn off the fire so as not to overcook the
cereal.) Place it in a nice plate and be ready for serving.

Tips: Buy bigger prawns as they have better taste. If you like your
prawns to be much spicier add more chili padi it will provide more
aroma. Milk powder adds a bit of sweetness in the prawns so if there
is not milk powder it is alright.

Warnings: When cooking the cereal, curry leaves and chili padi, turn
to small fire so as not to overcook them.
