Interesting concept!

Even Neekha, after sniffing a bean dip and then sniffing spice jars
(she was too young to read), made good choices: garlic, cumin,
cayenne, cilantro, oregano. She was smart enough to pass on her two
favourites aromas.... cinnamon and nutmeg, saving them for eggnog.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Bacon Bubble and Squeak
 Categories: Bacon, Vegetables, British
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
    1/4 sm Savoy cabbage; shredded and
           -washed thoroughly
      8    Rashers back bacon
    400 g  Mashed potato
           fat for greasing
 
  Steam the shredded cabbage until soft. Grill the bacon until
  crisp, then cut into pieces with scissors. Mix the cabbage and the
  bacon into the mashed potato. Grease a shallow oven proof dish
  with fat. Turn the mashed potato mixture into the dish and bake in
  a medium oven at 190ø/375øF/gas mark 5 for about 15 minutes or
  until hot and crispy on top.
