I'm not concerned with displaying the pictures for all to see.  If
people here want to see them, they can e-mail me and I can send them a
file.  Some folks have seen them at the 2008 picnic; I had a card with
some on that I showed on my EeePC.  But that doesn't show the latest or
what's still in my imagination. (G)

My mom made hash from left over roast beef and mashed potatoes from time
to time.  I don't recall her doing it on a very regular basis.

I've made quite a few pots of pea soup over the years.  Last week's trip
to WFM included a restocking of my split peas, as well as getting
lentils and other soup making things.  Three kinds of rice; the plain
brown will be used in soups and other cooking.

I'd rather not bite into one--could be a rude surprise.  We bought
several boxes of paper tea filters when we were in Germany; I use them
if I want to be able to remove whole spices from whatever's being
cooked.  I tie them off with a bit of kitchen twine; the food is
flavored and nobody gets an unexpected surprise like a whole pepppercorn
or clove.
