 You are joking for sure.  Pan juices from pork are religiously 
 loosened with a bit of water.  Then a mix of flour, salt and 
 pepper is mixed up in the blender, and added to the pan juices 
 slowly as they boil until it reaches a stage just below a 
 library paste consistency. At this point if you have been swiping 
 your finger through to taste, you have created something that only 
 the gods of good are capable of.  "Pork Gravy"  This can be put 
 over mashed potatoes of course, or small pieces of boiled potato,
 but if you have even a slight vestige of southern food appreciation 
 running in your veins, you will have a few nice thick slices of 
 well buttered bread upon which to place the ambrosia resulting 
 from this creation.   To be fork cut and after placing in your 
 mouth for your eyes to close  in order to avoid any other sensual
 interruption in the total enjoyment rising from your taste buds,
 welling through your body in a flood of ecstasy.

 To complicated.
 
 Put the pralines in the pie.  Bake the sweet potato in the oven 
 until soft, or nuke it in stages until it feels squishy under 
 the skin.  Break open the skin, cut at one end if properly done,
 then run your hand down from the other end squeezing the good 
 stuff out as though it was coming from a tube.  Spread on the 
 plate with your fork and put butter dabs on it, then salt and 
 pepper.  Save the exotic stuff for a time when you have a sweet 
 potato to waste.  Salt, pepper and butter or good margarine 
 (can't believe) is the only adornment a sweet potato needs.
