I think it's a combination of "busy work" and "we've always done it"
kind of thing.  Dad does the bulk of the outdoor work but, as with any
project, he can't do too much at once.  He has quite a few projects
going at the same time and is always telling us that he doesn't have
time for this one or that one.  Seems to me, it would be logical to drop
some things and concentrate on fewer, getting them done.  But, that's
his doings.

She is 80 years old (Dad is 87) but has had the arthritis for years.

True to some extent but she doesn't stop when she's hurting.  Not until
the job is done and she's in a big time hurt.

I know, even since Steve retired from the Army & we came up here.  I
just don't have my days "arrainged" to get as much done as I did, even
in GA.  I think some of it is adapting to a new routine that changes
every few months (start/end of a semester, start of a new one) instead
of something that was fairly constant.  The months of radiation did
throw a curve ball into the routine, one that added more fatigue to the
mix.

We're pretty much doing that.  Can't be right on top of them anyway;
we're too far away. (G)
