I feel it a lot of times, especially when the weather is cold and damp.
The first major "mess up" (my right knee in 1972) had some support in it
but it was taken out about 11 months after it was put in.  Surprisingly,
considering the extent of damage done, and the non arthroscopic surgery
at the time, that usually doesn't bother me (most of the time).

We had rigatoni with a veggie sauce.  Tonight's lamb was potponed until
tomorrow, partly in hopes the weather improves (wet!!!!) and for other
reasons.

Sounds like a good plan for me. We've got the news on, they just had
stories about the storms in the mid west.  Weather pretty much like what
MD, VA, etc had last week end. BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Actully, there are quite a few of them now.  The SBC has endorsed
chaplains to staff some of them.

Yes, and that's when Rachel and Deborah found out that they could sun
burn the tops of their feet in April--working at a youth group car wash
in AZ, in April.
