A statistician could prove that I (or you) could live forever.  At age
30, my anticipated age at death would be about 80, and at 80, it would
be 86, and at 86, would be 90, and at 120 it would be 120.4, but
always higher than my current age.  So I would never quite catch up to
the death age and die, no matter how old I got.

Always presuming that Star Alliance is still operating.  There have
been a few expensive breakdown incidents lately to United.

I still have one bottle of "bubble-gum" flavoured spirit that no one
but Kevin can force down, and it is even taking years for him to do
it.  I have managed to imbibe most others with varying degrees of
pleasure.

Recently in Darwin I found that my SIL had not been drinking, and his
blood pressure was high.  I forced red wine down his neck every night
for a couple of weeks while I was there, and his BP dropped.  (Taking
up riding his bicycle to work at about the same time possibly helped.)

Bad wine is even cheaper. Low overage quality is what I get for Kevin.

Shortly afterwards a United Airlines 747 had to return to Sydney for a
similar reason.

Some bits of Boeings - and Airbuses - are made in Australia.

Saturday, while flying Qantas from Darwin to Perth (A320-232) I
ordered red wine with my complimentary hot lunch (an indifferent
curried chicken).  As on domestic flights economy passengers have to
pay $6 for drinks, I went through my finances and found $5.95 and a
$50 note.  I offered both to the cheerful Chinese-Australian FA to
choose from, and she took the $5.95 and gave me my 2008 Wirra Wirra
Scrubby Rise Shiraz, saying that she would pay the extra 5c herself.
(Yeah, right!)

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Chicken Curry (Ajam kerie)
 Categories: Chicken, Indonesian
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      8    Chicken thighs or drumsticks
      1 md Onion, sliced
      2 cl Garlic, sliced
      1 T  Curry powder
      1 T  Ground coriander
      1 ts Ground caraway
           2 ld carrots (optional)
           Salt to taste
      2 c  Coconut milk
 
  Season chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper and bake uncovered at
  350F for 30 min. Cut the carrot in 2" pieces and slice these
  lengthwise in thin strips. Brown the onion and garlic in 2 T of
  vegetable oil and add all other ingredients for 5 min; add coconut
  milk and sliced carrots, bring to a boil and pour over chicken and
  bake 15 min longer.
