If I could run a flight of stairs and was young enough it might be
tempting.  As it is, some days walking them is more trouble than it's

Yep.  I used Montreal Steak Seasoning, of all things.

I went looking; I think it's Quark.  Some Hungarian ones are made of
cottage cheese, but I've never liked that variant.
