still may give them to me. I can't run, and
I'm afraid to try bicycling yet...but I am still

We have not talked too much about
that, but most "heart" diets are fairly
close to Diabetic diets and I gave his
wife a couple of good recipes and 
references for a couple of good books
that may help her...she does not like
to cook AT ALL so a lot of what they
were eating before was "takeout" which
usually is high salt, high carb and not
the healthiest choices...we'll see how
well they adapt.
