That's not why I do it of course.  They just had a sprinkler pipe burst;
the rabbi's office took the worst of it.  The insurance is going to cover a
lot of the damage, but he lost about $3000 worth of books.  I just repaired
one of the photographs he had in the office; the image itself was fine, but
the backing was toast.  Water damage.  Fortunately it was an 11x14 frame
and top-mounted.  I had 11x14 mat blanks here, including one that was the
right color.  It looks better now than it did before.

Nowhere near.  It was about 25 miles from here, give or take a bit.  I
heard about it on the news.  Someone may have been welding when they were
purging the gas lines.  Sparks plus natural gas = kerblooey.
