I didn't really class what Potter and Pierce did with the old Slab-side as
combat. Firing a pistol at innocent clouds - after much weeping, wailing and
gnashing of teeth over even touching a pistol hardly qualifies, in my mind, as
combat.

IIRC correctly Trapper John poured the tube on the howitzer full of concrete or
something. 

BTW - up until the Stupid Bowl last Sunday evening the final episode of
M.A.S.H. was the most watched program on the glass teat. Apparently American
tastes have changed from shows that make you both think and chuckle to mindless
entertainments like the bread and circuses of the NFL.

      Title: Superbowl Popcorn
 Categories: Appetizers, Snacks, Chilies, Cheese, Nuts
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      4 qt Popped corn
     12 oz Peanuts
      2 c  Shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 c  Melted butter
      2 ts Lemon pepper
      2 ts Cumin
    1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
      2 ts Mexene chilli powder
      1 ts Paprika
 
  Combine popcorn, peanuts, and cheese in a large bowl.
  Set aside. Add spices to melted butter one at a time,
  stirring constantly. Pour over popcorn and toss to
  coat.

  Enough for six.
