I did a bit of research and some figuring ...

CAD 39 = U$37.27

1 oz = 28.35 gm

And assuming that (for our purposes) that 1 gm = 1 ml ...
which it does for water and I don't want to dig out the
specific gravities of grapeseed or olive oils and do the
conversions. It makes my brain hurt sometimes if I get too
deep into things like this.

The following is based on information on product available 
from Amazon.com - so, you too, may go and look.  Bv)=

La Tourangelle Infused Black (or White) Truffle Oil, (100 %
pure, expeller-pressed Grapeseed Oil infused with
Black/White Truffle Extract) 8.45-Ounce Tins (Pack of 2) -
U$26.15 (CAD 37.36) which works out to U$1.55 per oz/05.5
per gram (Canuckistan $$ 1.62/oz or .06/gm)

Your oil on offer is CAD 0.16/gm or darned near 3X higher.

OTOH - EVOO infused with black truffle is 26.95 for 8.45 oz
(0.113/gm) and white is 28.95 for 8.45 oz (0.12/gm) from JR
Mushrooms & Specialties

And your oil on offer is STILL more expensive, although not by the 3X factor as
above.

      Title: Pasta w/White Truffles, Olive Oil, Parmesan & Basil
 Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Mushrooms
      Yield: 6 servings

      1 c  + 3 tb Dark green extra
           - virgin olive oil
           Angel-hair pasta; for 6
           - servings
      2 tb Julienne Of Fresh Basil
           Salt & white pepper
    1/4 c  Grated Reggiano-Parmesan
           - cheese
      2 oz Fresh white truffles

  In a large pot, bring 8 quarts of lightly salted water to a
  boil; add the 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the pasta to
  the boiling water and cook until al dente, no more than two
  minutes; drain well.
  
  Toss the pasta with the cup of olive oil, half the basil,
  and salt and pepper to taste. Mound the pasta in the middle
  of each of 6 heated large serving plates. Sprinkle the pasta
  with the Parmesan Cheese. With a truffle shaver or swivel
  bladed vegetable peeler, shave the truffle over each
  serving.

  Garnish with the remaining basil.
