If you buy on lowest price only you can expect lowest longevity, performance,
quality, etc. I have a Dukane (I'm not sure they are even made any longer) that
was given to me. When it was 22 years old I had to replace the burners in it.
Other than that it's still going strong. Weber makes good stuff, as do
Char-broil, Charm-glow, etc.

My brother has a 4 burner Char-Broil from Lowe's that has given excellent
service for the five years he has owned it. Lowe's BTW sells both Weber and
Char-Broil brands.

Remember cheap is cheap. If you pay more you *should* get more - but, that's
not guaranteed. So, do your homework before you spend your family fortune. You
can pretty well be sure if you buy the least expensive thing on the market that
it won't satisfy even your lowest expectations. 

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
  
      Title: Barbecue Horsemeat Sirloin Steaks
 Categories: Exotics, Bbq, Sauces, Marinades
      Yield: 4 servings

      4    (12 oz ea) boneless sirloin
           - horse steaks
      2    Green onions; chopped
           Salt & pepper

MMMMM-------------------------MARINADE------------------------------
     1/2 c (125 mL) extra virgin olive
           - oil
      1 tb (15 mL) red wine vinegar
      2 tb (30 mL) Dijon mustard
      2 tb (30 mL) chopped fresh herbs
           - thyme, basil, tarragon,
           - etc.

MMMMM-------------------ORANGE & MINT SAUCE-------------------------
    1/4 c  (60 mL ea) sour cream and
           - plain yogurt
           Juice and zest of 1 orange
      2 ts (10 mL) honey
      3 tb (45 mL) chopped fresh mint
      1 cl Garlic clove; chopped
           Salt & pepper

  In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add
  meat and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients together. Refrigerate 30
  minutes.

  Preheat barbecue to medium-high.

  Put steaks on the grill and cook 2-4 minutes per side.

  Spoon sauce over sirloin.
