characteristic of which is that the bowler's arm is kept straight
during the delivery.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Bogracs Gulyas (Kettle Goulash)
 Categories: Main dish, Soups, Hungarian
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
     60 ml Bacon fat and/or butter
      5 ea Lg onions; coarsely chopped
      2 ea Lg green peppers; chopped
      3 ea Garlic clove; minced
     20 ml Hungarian paprika
      1 kg Stewing beef; in 2cm cubes
    100 g  Bacon, chopped
      3 md Potatoes, cut to serve
      1 x  Pepper; to taste
      1 x  Salt; to taste
    140 g  Tomato paste
    100 ml Sour cream; at room temp.
 
  Preheat oven to 325f. Heat fat in a deep heavy pot. Cook the onions,
  paprika and garlic until the onions are limp and transparent and
  paprika has lost its raw taste. Add beef and remaining ingredients
  except sour cream.  Stir well to combine. Simmer in preheated oven
  for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the meat is tender. Adjust oven
  temperature during cooking time so contents of pot remain at a
  simmer. Serve in shallow soup bowls with a tablespoon of sour cream
  atop each serving.
