Your mentioning "24" brought a chuckle from me.  When Maura and I were
living with her mother, 24'd just come out and both my wife and
mother-in-law were rabid fans (they still are).  I didn't watch the show
much and was normally in my bedroom working on the BBS.  Every once in a
while, I'd hear Rita (my MIL) exclaim, "Oh, Jack!" or "No, Jack, don't do it
(go in there, et al.)!"

It was really funny because she was /so/ into that show.  I learned later
that Rita has the hots for Kiefer Sutherland, so that explains that.

Maura and I watch "Antiques Roadshow" together.  She watches it more than I
do.  I mainly watch stuff on the History Channel like "Modern Marvels",
"Food Tech", "How The Earth Was Made" (I've always had a strong interest in
geology) and of course, my shows on the Food Network which are mainly on
during the early mornings on the weekends.

Our DVR gets quite the workout since we record a lot of shows and watch them
later.

Keeping a little on-topic, I made some frozen ravioli (from Kroger) for
dinner.  Tried some with some spaghetti sauce on it, but found I liked them
even better with just some parmesan cheese on them.  I could taste the meat
and herb filling much more that way.  A simple, easy meal.

(No recipe as this editor I use on my BBS doesn't yet import files, but
since I am now the co-developer, it will soon. :)
