I've seen a BJ's before down in the Atlanta metro area but have never been in
one.  The BJ's down there was much too far out of our way to make a "regular"
stop.  When we lived in Kennesaw, there was a Costco about five miles south of
where we were, so that made for convienent shopping.  It's rare that we go to
Sam's for anything but the turkey burger, but when we're out and about and want
a cheap bite to eat, the little cafe in Sam's is hard to beat for a fast bite.

On another note, there is a great little "dent 'n' scratch" grocery store just
a block or two from the Food Lion we shop at.  You can get canned and boxed
food there at really deep discounts if you know what you want.  It's completely
random for what you'll find in the store on any given day, but every time we've
gone in there, we've always found several somethings we wanted.  It's a former
"corner store" that a family-run salvage company bought and it's ultra-low
budget, but the staff is friendly and the food has always been fine.  The cans
are dented and dinged, but as long as there's no bulging of the ends, it's fine
by me.

I picked this recipe out and only until after I proofread my message did I
realize /I/ MM'd this:

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Crock Pot Shredded Chicken Chili
 Categories: Chicken, Cheese/eggs, Crockpot
      Yield: 6 Servings

      1    Onion, diced
      1    16 oz. can no-salt-added
           Kidney beans
      1    16 oz. can no-salt-added
           Black beans
      1    8 oz. can tomato sauce
      2    14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
           With green chilies
      6 t  Chili powder
      5 t  Paprika
  4 1/2 t  Ground cumin
      3 t  Onion powder
  2 1/2 t  Garlic powder
    1/8 t  Cayenne pepper
      3    Boneless skinless chicken
           Breasts
           The following are optional:
           Chopped fresh cilantro
           Low-fat sour cream
           Cheddar cheese
           For serving:
           Rice
           Tortilla chips
           Tortillas

  1. Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, tomato sauce, chili powder,
  paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if
  you don't have these spices, you can just buy a package of taco
  seasoning) in a slow cooker.

  2. Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or on
  high for 6 hours.

  3. Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken
  to slow cooker and stir in.

  4. Top with fresh cilantro, low-fat sour cream, and cheese. Serve over
  rice, with tortilla chips, or eat by itself! Serves 6.
