I understand. Whenever we move, one thing we have to do is figure out
the "new" stove.  In GA, we had a smooth top stove; I think the first
family lived there only a couple of months affter the quarter were
built.  So, everything was in (almost) mint condition.  Here, I've no
idea how old the stove is.

Right now the only thing I know for sure I'm making is sauce and meat
balls.  Beyond that is a vast unknown of Italian cooking I could get
into.  I don't know if Steve is planning on making anything or if he
will need a sous chef; I'll need a meat ball roller.  Charlotte
interested in that job?

It may be just as good to leave it out.  Coffee will need rewarming,
water heated for just a cuppa tea and so forth.
