Even when you've been in the area a while, it will give you ideas of
what's available that you may not have considered.  Ours has a lot of
other functions (most probably do now, I suspect) that will give you a
list of local restaurants & location in relation to where you are, same
with hotels and other features.  Plus, the ways to get around an area
can be quite eye opening--2 years ago, ours directed us on a couple of
roads near where Steve grew up he'd never known exsisted.

Very handy too.  We can download a yearly map update to it--and have
seen it take where we lived in GA from an empty field to a housing area
with named streets.

It could but we don't let it get that far.  It's known either as "the
widget" or "the g(i)ps", nothing too personal.

I  can see where it would be a winner--it was a winner of an idea for

Yes, I've had it before.  We tried making it a couple of times--never
did get the crystals a big as the commercial ones tho.

Good idea.  Good excuse for you to see him again too.  Is he going to
school in MD or is just his girl friend a student?

We'd trade off with neighbors when we were kids--we'd look after their
critters while they were on vacation & they would do the same for ours.
We even did that with some neighbors when Steve was in the Army; one man
tried to spoil our Sam as much as his Sam was spoiled. (G)

Really bad stuff for the most part.  I pick one up in the store every so
often just to look at the ingredients/nutrition listings and am appalled
at how horrible it is.  Yet some people live off of them.  Dead taste
buds and major health issues just waiting to pop up.

Ended up having a glitch with the state return but my younger brother
