I shopped on Monday, and cut up the 
celery and carrots that I thought I'd
use during the week. Celery sticks and
carrot sticks are easy to dice and even
though it only saves a few minutes it does
seem to make a difference. Last night I got
$5 worth of chuck...had it sliced very thin
(think philly cheesesteak thin) and did a 
teriaki stir fry for dinner...came out great!

I go back to the ballpark on Friday, so 
I'll be cooking several dinners tonight so 
Anne will have choices over the weekend. 
Monday is an "off" day so I'll do more 
cooking then. Probably a roast, and
some chili, and chicken.
 
-> I use the bag or box of salad, with extras added.  We're cooking again
-> next Sunday (main part will be done on Saturday) for our Life Group at
-> church.  Last month we did the kalua pork & fixings; this month will
-> probably be sloppy joes, salad & dessert.

Yep, we do the extras as well, blue cheese
crumbles, shredded parmesan, bacon, cucumber
cherry tomatoes, diced bell peppers etc.
