No, not necessary really... she knows that my sewing skills far outweigh hers
and that I've got all the tools to even make patterns here if I need to. She
also knew that I wouldn't do it all in 'one sitting' as perhaps I'd done in
years past.. that wasn't necessary with this either.. I could make her five at
a time, hand them over and then start the next bunch.

It's great that you can do that for her - I remember my great aunt making me a
sundress when I was about 10 years old.. I loved it as my mother never learned
to sew - the idea of sewing to make your own clothes struck me as being so neat
then :) :) Much later, when I was married I brought the same great aunt to my
sewing room to see the brand new Athena I'd bought.  She was pretty amazed at
the technology.

That's good - though for me, it wouldn't matter.. Literally as soon as I eat,
I'm asleep for about an hour afterwords these days.  Fatigue from the MS..
Sometimes I take one of my meds to stay awake after eating.. it works well, but
the problem being it's almost like drinking a lot of coffee at night. Then you
can't sleep when you want to later that night :)  If I just sack out after
eating if it does hit me, and I only sleep an hour, then I have no problems
later that night :)

Yes, night classes and some classes that go for 1hr & half cover a lot of
materiel... and quickly as well.

I remember those days :) :) Never used a tape recorder during lectures but I
knew a lot of people who did.
