I was thinking along the line of "it doesn't sell here so let's pull it
but since it's selling here, keep it on the shelf."  Either that or
"it's not selling enough units overall so let's pull it everywhere" kind
of reasoning.

We need to bring back the old hardware stores where you go for supplies
and get all kinds of advice on building your project.  The one in the
town where I grew up used to sell canning supplies and cast iron
cookware.  I've not been in it in years; wonder if it still sells that
kind of stuff.

Don't have one of those (that I know of) in the area. I'll either go on
line or check the phone book to see if they are in Raleigh.

I know there are some restaurant supply places in Raliegh.  Trouble with
those is, we go in for one thing and so many other goodies catch our
eyes.  There was one we went to in HI; (I took a friend once) where we
got the cutting boards (and other stuff) we use on a regular basis.  I
got a replacement for one I'd bought in Germany, then decided to get
another so I could dedicate one for meats, the other for fruits and
vegetables.  The old wooden one I inherited from my grandmother is used
for bread and such like.
