We usually stop at state rest-stops that have bathroom facilities.  We have
stopped at other places though, and when we do we also by something.. coffee,
etc.

Yes, if nothing else, weather like that give me bad headaches from sinus
trouble.

That's good - I hate those extremes though. They really do me in.

Well I guess I'd forgotten some of the problems with the pathfinder.  Ron says
it will take more than just the inspection.. but we've decided to make the
plunge and get a new car.  Oh well.. time to cut back on some extravagences,
but this is a good time since the garden is doing so well.  We can save a lot
of money with the produce from the garden.  Today Eoin and I picked a large bag
of peas, we'll have them tomorrow in stir fry for lunch.  We also thinned more
beet greens and lettuce for tonight's salad with dinner.  We'll probably go
looking at cars on Tuesday since the boys are here until Monday, we wouldn't
chance a trip in the Xterra with it's blown engine :(

I loved him in "The Twelve Chairs" It is a 1970 'slapstick comedy' film
directed by Mel Brooks.  Wonderful film but then so were a number of the others
he was in.

As long as I can get the right kind of milk, we'll be set :)  I make it with
whole milk, some goat's milk (just a small amount) and lemon juice.  One day I
actually made mascarpone cheese as well :)  Then after letting it sit in the
frige for a day (you have to do that), I made tiramisu for Ron and I.  It was
great :)  But you need a quart of heavy cream to make that. :)
