Quite interesting--it's not as commercialised as in the States. Less
emphasis on the Easter bunny & more on the religious aspect--as it
should be.

I don't do too much frying type stuff in mine, mostly stir fry type
meals.  I used to call it "mock Chinese" until Michael corrected me that
it's the real thing because he does it as well.

I think we'll go back to stove top cooking for corn on the cob.

My dad won't pick it until the water is on the stove and getting hot.

But brown arborio is a different character, and I've not come across it
yet.

Were you cool the past few days?  We were in th mid 90s with humidity in
the 70s. Today is cooler (low 80s) & tomorrow just a bit warmer. Then,
upper 80s, low 90s for the rest of the week.
