OK, it was a passing thought.  I had a professor in in college who had
earned 3 doctorates but could never claim any of them.  All of his
"thesis" papers were classified "Government Top Secret" and couldn't be
published.  The papers weren't actual thesis ones but work he did on the
Manhatten Project.

It's a hard profession. I've done some here & there--mostly sewing
related but some Bible study related, both for children and adults. In
some aspects, I work better with the kids than the adults and vie versa
in others.  Never did do any sort of serious cooking demos--a lot of
informal ones, mostly on baking bread, over the years.  Showed a young
mom at the seminary how to do it last year and she raved.  A few weeks
later, her mom raved over her daughter's bread making. (G)

Go to a rental place, see what you can arrainge.  I'm making more typos
than usual since I'm typing on my lap.

Fajitas usually don't have all the extras tacos do; I put meat, pepper,
onion, cheese and (if I have it) tomatoes in mine.  Also, sour cream
(plain yogurt) and salsa.  Tacos usually have lettuce and meat cooked in
a sauce--at least most of the ones I've had.
