That's what I figured.. Pete went for $600+ up here a while back... maybe 10
years ago. Labs too.. I was sickened when I saw what some breeders were asking
for them here.. they are still the same price around Louisville as they were 10
years ago, but not up here.. over $1000.00 for a full breed.

Yes, I guess that is what Leo would have to be considered though he has a
number of Maine Coon attributes.. I'm waiting to see if his feet 'grow'
anymore.  Since the first MC we got was already 6 years old, I didn't see if
his feet started out umm.. normal? and then got big? Lol.. sounds silly, but
maybe you know what I mean.  Coons live a lot longer than some other cats, and
his feet are tufted, not like his sisters which are straight, trim kitty feet.

Yep, agree there.  Right now, Leo is the biggest and longest of the kitties,
but his nature is so low key and quiet, he'd never stand up against the dogs.
He cracked me up last night.. we were laying on the bed watching TV, and the
puppies were sleeping there too.. So Leo comes up on the bed and starts picking
up Indy's tail and chomping on it.. swatting with his paws.. I thought I was
going to die laughing at that big baby who acts so scared of the dogs sometimes
acting brave and like "take that" when the dog was sacked out  :) :)

hahaha that's the first time I've heard of another Shepherd that liked it.. Our
first dog was a shepherd and she loved getting vaccuumed as well.. :)  After
her death, we got a Chow Chow (big mane, long hair chinese dog) but she
couldn't STAND the vaccuum .. she'd run even when I was cleaning the house (g).

That's why I wonder about the size of his feet :)  It would be cool if they
continue to grow (g)

Sounds like it to me.. I figured Main Coon and barn cat given the area ..and
the fact that they were feral.  Surviving on their own at only 3-4 mos. before
we got them from the shelter.

Yes it is - I'd never seen a siamese do that before either, the only ones I was
familiar with had been sleepy lazy ones (g)

Sometimes I just put a pile of catnip on the rug and let them have at it.. it's
comical to watch as you can imagine. Rolling around the floor in the stuff
acting like they are in heaven :)
