I'm still not too sure if I want to try them. If the ancient Romans are
peacock's tongues, you might be able to get an idea from that tho. (G)
I've no idea how they were cooked except by no means that required
electricity.

Not for me!  But, we might have needed to eat it Sunday morning had the
power not come back on.  As you know, several tornadoes ripped thru
Georgia over the week end.  We didn't have any in the Savannah area but
one hit the power plant in a neighboring county.  We were without power
for about 4 hours Saturday night into Sunday morning and did have some
heavy wind & rain in that time frame.  I know that the Atlanta area also
had tornadoes but I think they all touched down east of where Sean is.
The governor has basically declared the state a disaster area; there
were a couple of deaths and a number of injuries. Downtown Savannah was
in the midst of celebrating St. Patrick's day with River Street and the
City Market areas being fairly full of people.  All were safely
evacuated thanks to prior planning by the law enforcement teams, fire
department and others.
