Ontario's liquor laws didn't allow BYOB or corkage fees until
recently but one enterprising Indian chap invented a creative
alternative. He had a big bold notice on his menu, "we only stock
two house wines, a red and a white. But we will happily serve you
ANY wine in stock in the LCBO's Ottawa central liquor warehouse with
just a $6 mark-up if you order your wine when you make a reservation
2 days in advance." Imagine ordering a rare old Bordeaux costing
$500 for $506!

A great niece of mine, a talented musician, just got the opening
notes of "Amazing Grace" done on her upper arm. You can see it on FB
if you go through my list of friends until you find "Stormtrooper"
Larocque and go to her wall.

We have an gold mine abandoned mine with a 7200 foot deep shaft just

Sadly no. They won't fund my anti-kidney stone beer medication

True. What I was implying is that terrorists can still harm a ship's

The ferries have three coolers, three cash registers and strict
accounting for the relevant tax authorities.

$40 for children, $80 for adults, $160 for cars with meals, drinks
and cabins extra. (I always spent the night in the bar and never
booked a cabin.)
