I barely graduated from highschool...just barely...not 
because I wasn't smart, I wasnt encouraged. I hardly
ever did anymore than the minimum, even in subjects 
I liked like chem and biology. I could "get by" without 
trying or working hard...so that's what I did, for the 
most part I remained invisible in the school. Not bringing
any undue attention either positive or negative, just
floating in the current till graduation. Once I got into 
the navy schools, where it was 8 hours of class and 
8 hours of homework...all in one subject, and it was 
sink or swim....I learned to swim!!!(grin) When I 
got out of the navy and went to college, my GPA
was always 3.9+.
