I like it when I can look and ponder, go back and look and compare

salesperson nutz but I don't care (grin).

-> Charleston. On our first swing thru, Rachel was working on a group
-> presentation for one of her education classes, topic was special needs
-> children and learning.  I taught her how to (ASL) sign "My name is
-> (and fingerspell) Rachel Walton" as a way of her introducing her segment
-> on teaching the hearing impaired.  When we stopped on the way back, she
-> was all bubbly over how it went and told me she had a lot of the class
-> asking if she could teach them more sign language. She had to tell them
-> that I taught her that little bit just for the class. 

Anne's bachelor and master's degrees are special ed as 
well. She signs ASL fairly well, but since she's been in 
the "regular" classroom she's lost a bit of it due to lack
of use. My sister in Knoxville is fluent in ASL and French 
(now isn't that odd).

-> the first visit, we went down to Meeting Street and ate at Hyman's
-> Seafood.  The tables all have little brass tags with names of
-> celebrities who sat at that particular seat when visiting.  Rachel &
-> David's side had a Cyndi Lauper tag; they knew who she was but they
-> didn't know the Johnny Dersham (Dershowitz? the OJ DA) tag on Steve's
-> and my side.  As I recall, the food was good but not as good as we've
-> found Uncle Bubba's to be.

I know who Cyndi Lauper is (she has a great singing voice)
but have never heard of the Johnny either..the only Johnny 
I remember being associated with OJ, was Johnny Cochoran
his defense slick.

Still go there by myself at times...but not nearly
as often as when Amanda and I were "discovering"
