Ah well, you know me.  I'll eat *almost* anything.  I have mental blocks on br
ains, eyeballs and testicles.  I dont like the idea in general on insects or
spiders.  I detest the taste of liver and it matters not how it is cooked
unless it is so well masked, it no longer tastes like liver at all.  I have
been forced to eat it a few times as a child and the reaction was universal
each time.  It tasted so bad, I threw up at the table.  Nuff said?  The smell
of it cooking alone turns my stomach (so I'll wander outside or off to the
computer room whilst the rest enjoy a trial of it).

I might be willing to try a tiny nibble of a chicken liver (less livery
taste).  I might be willing to test a tiny bit of a goose liver pate just in
curiosity.  I have 1 chicken liver recipe my MIL used to make that I actually
can enjoy a few pieces of.  2.  max.  More and I hide for cover...

I'd probably given a choice of live monkey brains and liver, opt for the live
monkey brains ;-)


Oh the only other 3 things I've found I dont like?  Collard greens, mustard
greens, and turnip greens.  Mostly due to how they were fixed with too much
vinegar and there probably are some methods of making them I would like. 
Afterall, I love all other greens.  It's the southern vinegar style ones i
dont cotton to possibly.

Liver?  Nope. Nothing that tastes that horrible it makes me throw up, is on my
list of 'gee lets try it again'.  Hey look at the upside!  More for the rest
of you!  And hey!  Not prechewed and barfed on the table for you either!
