Hopefully the weather is holding good too.  My mom has said it's rather
dry up there but finally beginning to warm up.

I know what you mean about finding things. We're getting ready for
Steve's parents to visit but also looking ahead to his retiring from the
military.  We're beginning to sort thru everything; some boxes of books
were never unpacked in HI.  Every so often I'll have a "Eurika" moment
when I find something I knew I had but just not seen for several years.

I don't coat my cast iron after evr use; most of it is so well seasoned
that it doesn't need it.  The wok (carbon steel) is new enough that it
still gets oiled after every use.

I'll probably go with the cast iron; I used it on gas most recently in
AZ and know that I like how well it cooks meat balls.
