Ärende: one meat ball!
======================
Hi Ruth!

>> I'm pretty sure now she's using regular bulk whole wheat flour now...

Sorry! Mis-typed there :( She's buying whole wheat kernels not whole wheat
flour, and still grinds it. She fills large airtight tubs/cannisters to keep
them fresh for long periods.. I think she freezes some? I forget now.. I'll
have to ask her about her storage.. But I'm pretty sure that's what she's still
doing. They get all their dried goods bulk that way in large quantities.

Right.. She has some flour ground in her freezer I believe.. that could be
gluten though.. probably is.. they do buy that bulk as well... which of course
you'd want to protect. They make a lot of things with gluten, roasts, snacks,
etc.

>> so they go through quite a bit..

> Yes, I know. We did it with 2 girls--belonged to a natural foods co-op

It really does help when you have a number of people like yourself buying
supplies. They have group in Binghamton and one in Ithaca combined including
us, which orders from one organic source for some bulk organic things, etc. and
it's great..

>> Maybe some Arthritis there in the knee.. :(

Without too much pain I hope... if so, I bet that's a relief.

If your knee hurt like my ribs did when I fell on that chair here last
Christmas, I know just what you mean by heavy duty.. they usually work ok for
me but knock me out.. of course if you hurt that much, who wants to be awake.

>> No, I've never used one to do that. I've always rolled them by hand

haha yep :)

> One was Viking; don't recall what the other one was (but yes, I know

Right, I think we were talking about the Viking vs Bosch or Kitchenaid etc.. I
sure spelled that funny above :)

Take care,
Janis
