That is called boomerang or bungee kid -- depending on the timing and
circumstances:-}}  We've had that too, but now both of our two are
married and living in Maryland.  Daugther is two doors away, and son is
about 1 1/2 hours away.

We have never been there, but will do so some day soon.  There is one in
our town (Columbia, MD) and we have a Christmas gift card for them.

Gail has a lot of cookbooks.  Some from bookstores, some from travels,
and some from thrift stores.  Quite some time ago we stopped counting
and just measured by feet of shelf space.  At one time it was over 50
feet, but seems to have gone down a bit somehow.


MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Chilli Prawn Kebabs
 Categories: Seafood, Barbecue, Main dish, Low cal
      Yield: 4 servings
 
     24    Uncooked king prawns (700g)
      1    Clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c  Tomato puree
      1 tb White vinegar
      2 ts Worcestershire sauce
      2 ts Light soya sauce
      2 sm Fresh red chillies, finely
           - chopped
      3 ts Sugar
    1/4 ts Chilli powder
      1 lg Red pepper (225g)
      2 ts Cornflour
    1/3 c  Water
      2 c  Cooked rice
 
  * Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least an hour to prevent burning
  during cooking.  You will need to cook two-thirds cup of rice to
  serve with this recipe *
     Remove heads and shells, and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
  Combine garlic, tomato puree, vinegar, sauces, chillies, sugar and
  chilli powder in large bowl, add prawns, cover; refrigerate several
  hours or overnight.
  
     Cut pepper into 2cm pieces.  Thread pepper and prawns alternately
  onto skewers, place under hot griller, grill until prawns are cooked,
  brushing occasionally with chilli mixture.
  
     Blend cornflour with water, combine with remaining chilli mixture
  in saucepan, stir constantly over heat until mixture boils and
  thickens. Serve kebabs with rice, top with chilli sauce.
