Figured so.  Nothing I bring is 'critical', just 'nice to have'.  BTW, the
only identified need Janis has is a few extra coffee mugs if you have some. 
Just a spare extra or so past 2 for yourselves will come in handy.  I've got
about 6 past me and Charlotte (8 total I think).  Just regular scruffy stuff
so no one has to feel bad if there's an opps.

I can offset easy <g>.  My main dish, the dashi, is best served fairly early
say noonish.  It's also a dandy breakfast food ifwe want it before I wander
to the market!  I'm used to a miso soup for breakfast with rice and perhpas
more traditional 'english' sides like a scrambled egg and a bagel half.

I just need one with a reasonable solid lid.  Doest have to be airtight but
the process involves letting it sit in the hot pan and sorta 'steam a bit'
til done.  Cast iron is best as holds the heat but I can adapt at need.

Yeah, more in my munchie line too!  (evil grins).

Dinner tonight was not spectacular but decent.  Barilla spagetti sauce with ba
sil, and spagetti.  Meatballs.  We are still munching down that 10lb sack of
swedish meatballs here we got premade.  Got about 1/3 left from 3 months ago.

BJ's trip made.  I'll talk about it later but overall what we needed.
