Yes, same around here.. My daughter tells me it is even worse in Ithaca.. you
have incredibly long waits even for the acknowledgement of your application or
resume, etc., nevermind waiting to be called for an interview.  There are just
so many people looking for work...

Are they finding jobs? I hadn't heard that.. most graduates I've talked to
haven't.. but it could be the area.. not necessarily engineering though.

We can help out a bit with non perishables and clothes,etc. for sure. I figure
to call them this week to get started.. I've been working through a pile in one
backroom :)
