Hi Carol,

 > CS> Here I am often shopping like that. I may have a list of 'remember to
 > CS> get this' sort of thing but not a huge one.

 > Mine varies but it's generally 2 columns on a standard sheet of "school"
 > paper. One side is food items; the other is for non food stuff like
 > vitamins, dish detergent, etc.

CS> Heheh i'm the one column sort but they generally tend to be lumped by
CS> type of thing til you get to the bottom and see what you left off and
 CS> add it.

I used to do that but started doing it the other way some years ago. I'm
less likely to forget to grab something on the list (food item mixed in
with non food stuff for example) that way. Also, when Steve was in
Korea, the girls helped me to shop. I'd tear the paper in half, give
them the non food stuff and off they would go with a buggy. They
usually finished well before I did so I'd give them some food items from
my list to get. Sometimes they would come back with something they'd
spotted and wanted to try; sometimes I'd let them, other times, not but
they did learn about shopping for themselves that way. Found out Rachel
shops like her dad (slow, reading all the labels) and Deborah is like me
(going for things I've gotten for years, occaisionally reading labels if
I spot something new that looks like it would be worth trying).

CS> Probably but Don's pretty specific on his crab legs. Wants'em plain
CS> with butter on the side if still hot or just as they are cold for the
 CS> leftovers.

He gets crabby otherwise?

 > CS> other than the brick grill, it is just cosmetics now.

 > Any chance the grill will be done this summer and used?

CS> Probably! If not it will be damaged in winter so it's definately in
CS> mind before the first freeze.

Sounds good. I know when you first moved back in, it seemed like you
were going to have to need several years to do as much as you have
already.

 > own but..................... We've got some spare parts but they don't
 > have the room for another computer set up.

CS> Try and A/B switch and 2 cases? Unless they need to play at the same
 CS> time, that works well.

No, mom only uses it for an hour or so once a week (to start the weekly
letter) and avoids it like it were a monster out to get her the rest of
the time.

 > CS> Use the 100% fruit type from Welches. I used the white grape for it.

 > That's the best type. I've got to get a jug of it anyway.

CS> It makes a simple and good one.

We'll see what I've got left of the jug after Thursday. Need to go on a
clear liquids diet for a day or so before a mediacl test on Friday.

CS> Meantime Cash is *hungry* and licked Daisy's bowl for the 3rd time. I
CS> hestiate to feed him more tonight though as he just got his heartworm
CS> meds. He tends to feel a bit 'off' for a day later.

Poor starving puppy! NOT! (G)

Catch you later,
