That's a nice surprise. I suspect if it stays on the line for a while it
isn't as good.  Getting to the line just as it's put out is the optimal
time, unless you like eating rubber bands. (G)

Yes, the selections can be interesting. We've gone to an Asian buffet
here in town several times and enjoyed it.  But, they, like others, seem
to have lots more fried stuff in proportion to other--and always white
rice so we pick and choose carefully unless we want "junk food". The one
we've gone to seems to do a lot of business with military families so I
guess they have to have a lot of run of the mill items for those that
want to eat Asian but not get too far out of their comfort zone, food
wise.
