Uuuuuhhhhh, Geln, don't look now but we were discussing confuser and video
games - IOW, couch potato stuff. NOT actual physical participation sport where
someone might actually make contact with the world and thus get their magick
twangers plucked.

So, you say above my comment "find it difficult to get government or private
backing" and then provide an example to disprove your statement. 

Cost per kilowatt hour figures of $0.04 or less (in 1998 dollars) are now
commonly projected for advanced U.S. wind turbines in 17 mph or better wind ...

Current cost per kW/h for coal is around $0.06. However, "Feb 16, 2011 –
Accounting for these 'hidden costs' doubles to triples the price of electricity

Actual production cost for nuclear generated power run about $0.017 per kW/h.
However, startup, inspection, regulatory, etc. costs and costs of perpetual
storage of spent fuel run the actual cost out of the realm of credulity.

A reasonably decent study of comparisons of the various power sources and their

get your confuser back from the repair shop.

MY last bill from the Municipally owned electric company reflected a
summertime-adjusted price of $0.0647 per kW/h - but, we have one of the lowest
electricity rates in the US. Damned near down to hydroelectric rates.

So, your hero's $0.15 per kW/h is pretty good - and once out the manufacturing
door does not contribute to greenhouse gasses nor burn non-replaceable fossil
fuels to further pollute the atmosphere.

The only adverts I paid for (other than goodwill) were small ads in confuser
user group newsletters and a small ad in the telephone directory yellow pages.
Oh, and a sign board with changeable letters out front to attract (hopefully)
passers-by. Not a single shred into your or other postboxes. Nor any SPAM on
the internet - which had not supplanted BBSes yet.

BTW - a good toothpaste will take care of that red stain.

      Title: Soccer Mom Fast Broccoli Cheese Soup
 Categories: Soups, Pork, Cheese, Dairy, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 servings

      1 bn Broccoli; chopped
           +=OR=+
     10 oz Pkg frozen broccoli
      1 c  Water
      4 tb Butter
           Salt & pepper
      1 c  Cheddar cheese soup
  1 1/2 c  Velveeta cheese; cubed
      2 c  Milk; or more, to desired
           - consistency
      8 sl Cooked bacon; chopped

  Cook broccoli, water, butter, salt and pepper until tender.
  Add soup and cheese and milk. Heat until cheese melts, but
  do not boil. Add chopped bacon.
