As long as his stamina holds up

-> plastic cover to one of our Pyrex bowls worked well--right size and cut
-> thru the thin pastry so I could mark & cut in one step. The plastic
-> cover was good for popping out the couple that wanted to stick as well.

When I make my quiches they are 
crustless. Have not done pot pies
in maybe 10 years now!!

Mostly just hung out...but we did
go out for sushi one night and had 
a great time with Anne's sister there
