I'll probably do as Hap says he does--freeze them and then take them out
of the foil pans. Unless I'm really wanting them to look pretty, a
slumped pot pie (from heating without a pan) is no big deal. If I want
the pretty look, I'll heat them in the pan, in the regular oven.

I've seen biodegradable disposable plates, cups, flatware type stuff
over at Whole Foods but haven't noticed any sort of pie "tins" there.
Have to remember to look next time I'm in one.

That's a dollar less than we pay but we get the slaw and hush puppies
too. We're not much on catfish, would rather have the flounder, so the
Lowes deal fits our wants better. Besides, with the fillets, you don't
have to pick thru the bones. I'd say we get at least 12 oz, if not more,
of fish.
