That's truth. Even here in the far north I feel so at
home that I'm tempted to stay though at midday it's
-19/-2 . I bet Lilli is happy to be getting back to
San Diego, as she's fulfilled her aspiration to see
the northern lights, and very nice they were this time
(Jim and Roslind, I'm actually kidding, about the
wanting to stay anyhow).

That's one of the few ways in which I admit Southwest to
be superior, but it doesn't affect me.

 When we were in HI, we flew Hawaiian Airlines to AZ when Robert

They're pretty strict about that, though I think it's one
bag for free nowadays.

  I had one heavy bag (but

Do you know how much your bags weigh empty? That would be
a great help, although I admit that I don't (never having
had a scale, which confounded my doctor for a while,
because how else could I monitor my weight - but then if
nobody really looks at my weight but once or twice a year
anyway, who cares).

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: B.L.T. Salad
 Categories: Salads
      Yield: 4 Servings

    1/4 c  Olive oil
  1 1/2 T  Balsamic vinegar
      2 T  Finely chopped fresh basil
    1/4 t  Salt
           Freshly ground black pepper
      2    Medium tomatoes, cored,
           -seeded and diced
      4    To 8 thick slices bacon, cut
           -crosswise into 3/4-inch
           -strips
      4 c  Mixed baby lettuces

    Combine olive oil, vinegar, chopped fresh basil, salt and pepper.
  Toss tomatoes with one tablespoon of dressing; set aside. In a
  skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
    Place lettuce in a large bowl, toss with dressing and arrange on 4
  plates. Scatter bacon and marinated tomatoes on top. Makes 4
  main-course servings.
