Wrongo, White Fang!!! You could get one coin back. but those chains are short -
on purpose. To prevent just what you propose. I suppose a whole-hearted thief
could attack the chain with bolt cutters and then have a means to get
everyone's money back. But, that's a lot of work for little reward.

The dollar coins will become more standard when the vending machine industry
"sucks it up" and invests in coin mechanisms that will, in the long haul, be
less expensive and more maintenance-free than the current paper currency
readers/changers. And not one Sarasota Second or New York Minute before then.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Sarasota's Ham and Swiss Cheese Salad
 Categories: Salads, Greens, Pork, Cheese
      Yield: 5 Servings

      6 c  Lettuce; romaine hearts and/
           - or iceberg lettuce
      1 sl Baked ham; 1/4" thick, in
           - thin julienne strips
      1 sl (to 2 sl) Emmenthaler cheese
           - 1/4" thick, in thin
           - julienne strips
      1 c  Green olives w/pimiento
  1 1/2 c  Durkee fried onions or local
           - equivalent
           +=OR=+
      1 md Onion; thin sliced
           Salt & pepper

  "This is sort of a "NO-measurements" salad. Ham, cheese,
  olives, onion and lettuce. I like more olives where others
  may like more cheese or ham. This just reminds me of a ham
  and cheese sandwich I had back in MI many years ago. Thick
  slices, crisp lettuce and a creamy mustard sauce.

  Just rough chop the lettuce, add the ham, cheese, whole
  olives and Durkee onions (more or less depending on what you
  like. I save some for the top as well as a garnish. Now if
  you can't find the Durkee fried onions, just use a regular
  white onion. I just like the crunch the Durkee onions gives
  the salad. I like to lightly season with salt and pepper and
  then drizzle your favorite dressing over the top and toss
  well. I like to serve it with a creamy mustard dressing which
  goes perfectly with this. You can also use a ranch dressing
  or your favorite vinaigrette.

  This is a simple, classic recipe. Feel free to add more or
  less ingredients as needed or desired. ENJOY!
