I take my health seriously; I've several issues that get monitored on a
very regular basis. AFAIK, I'm the only one of my siblings that does see
a doctor on a regular basis; I think the others do only in case of
emergencies.  I'm also the only one of my siblings that goes with a
whole grains, lower salt, little sugar and please watch the fats diet.

I like that name for the method. I've used cake mixes from time to time
for specific reasons but would rather (and usually) do a cake from
scratch.
