You must not understand the term "visionary bean counter" and what that 
entails. A bean counter worries about this quarter's bottom line. A 
visionary bean counter projects to next quarter's bottom line. As far as 
any bean counter can understand there is nothing but formless void 
beyond next quarter's bottom line.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Quarter-Hour Sweet-n-Sour
 Categories: Poultry, Rice, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 tb Vegetable oil
     10 oz Frozen chicken breast chunks
           - breaded
     16 oz Frozen vegetable mixture;
           - broccoli, red peppers,
           - bamboo shoots, mushrooms
      2 c  Cooked rice
    1/2 c  Sweet & sour sauce
    1/2 ts Salt
 
  Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high
  heat 5 to 7 minutes, turning once. Remove from pan; drain
  on paper towels.

  Stir in vegetables and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in rice,
  chicken, sauce, and salt.

  Cook until thoroughly heated, about 2 to 3 minutes.
