Too bad Papa Murphy's nearest locations are 35 miles (give or take a 
mile) from you (Frederick, MD/Herndon, VA) - else I could recommend you 
give them a try. I've had most excellent pizzas from them.

I grabbed the recipe you added - looks good. I can already see some ways 
that I will "individualise" it.  Bv)=

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Gourmet Chicken Garlic Pizza *
 Categories: Breads, Vegetables, Poultry, Cheese, Herbs
      Yield: 16 inch pizza

MMMMM--------------------------CRUST--------------------------------
      1 c  Warm water (115øF/46øC)
      1 ts Sugar
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 c  All-purpose or bread flour
      2 ts Active dry yeast

MMMMM--------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
    2/3 c  Ranch dressing **
      1 tb Minced garlic ***

MMMMM-------------------------TOPPINGS------------------------------
     12 oz Mozzarella; 3 cups shredded
      2 oz Cheddar; 1/2 cup shredded 
    1/4 c  Grated Parmesan cheese 
      1    Grilled chicken breast;
           - sliced
      2    Roma tomatoes; diced ****
    1/4 c  (packed) coarse sliced green
           - onion tops; no white parts

  In a medium mixing bowl, combine water, sugar, and salt.
  Add flour and yeast all at once, and stir until a soft
  dough forms. Add additional flour if needed, and knead
  gently for 5-10 minutes, until dough is smooth and
  elastic.

  Alternately, you may mix this dough in a bread machine. On
  the dough cycle, add ingredients in order listed and
  remove dough when it is finished kneading. (Turn off the
  dough cycle at that time.) Dough can be somewhat sticky.

  Or, you can mix this dough in a stand mixer, until soft
  and elastic. Dough can be somewhat sticky.

  Butter or grease a 16" round pizza pan. Using your buttery
  hands, lift the soft, sticky dough onto the pizza pan and
  gently spread to the edges.

  In a 1-cup measuring cup, mix the ranch dressing and
  minced garlic. Use a spoon to spread the sauce mixture
  over the crust.

  In a medium mixing bowl, toss together the mozzarella,
  cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Spread about half of the
  cheese mixture over the sauce.

  Evenly spread the chicken, tomatoes, and green onions over
  the pizza. Top with the remaining cheese.

  Bake pizza in a pre-heated 425øF/218øC oven for 12-15
  minutes. Check pizza after 10 minutes, and continue to
  check every few minutes until top is browned and cheese is
  bubbly.

  Remove pizza from oven, allow to cool slightly, and
  slice. Serve hot and enjoy!
  
  TAMMY'S NOTES: I use a kitchen scissors to slice mine.

  ** I like Hidden Valley or Wishbone brand ranch dressing.
  You want a thick creamy dressing, not a thin one.

  *** I love garlic and prefer 1 tablespoon. Joshua says
  that 1/2 tablespoon of garlic is closer to the flavor of
  Papa Murphy's. So use the lesser amount unless you are a
  garlic lover like I am! :)

  **** You can use 1 larger tomato (such as Beefsteak) if
  you wish. Dice the tomato and then drain off excess juice
  and seeds before using.
