Wow, sorry to hear of all the family deaths and your health problems, 
getting old isn't a lot of fun but I still think it beats the alternative. 
Other than my brother and sister their is not much left of my family
either.

Yes still living in Peabody and working at Stop & Shop, not sure if I was 
still with Purity back in the day but Stop & Shop bought Purity and took me 
as well, so basically have had same job for 42+ years now and hoping to
keep 
it for at least 6 more years.

I just had my right hip replaced last month and last year in rather quick 
succession I had gastric bypass, hernia repair and then emergency surgery 
for a perforated ulcer so I'm no stranger anymore to hospitals myself after 
not even seeing a doctor in like 30 years i had 4 procedures.  The good
news 
is now I'm 230 pounds and can almost walk without a cane or holding on to 
something. A couple of new knees and a repair to an ankle in the next year 
and I'll be better than new.  So I'll take it as a win.  :)

In old northshore bbs type of news our old friends Patrick and Arlene are 
selling their house in Danvers and moving to Florida, I haven't seen them
in 
almost as long as I haven't seen you but I do keep up with Patrick on 
Facebook (the new interactive bbs?). I Still have the lits.com web address 
and my email is still jim@ but my old bbs software is on 3.5 inch floppies 
and I don't think I even have one of those drives anymore although I was 
thinking of putting some old parts together and trying to resurrect a bbs 
since I have a couple of months off from work to recuperate I'd have to 
relearn it all so it probably won't happen but I got real nostalgic getting 
on doc's place BBS and seeing they still exist. Although with the advent of 
forums software I'm kind of puzzled why people still use this format unless 
everyone just runs really old equipment.

It was great finding you again and I hope we can stay in better touch now 
that I know you are still here.  :) 

To the moderator I am sorry for not posting any recipes but I am not much
of 
a cook.
