Not sure if it is here, too... but then, we've never had any such
thing... or anything close...  :)  I don't remember it being mentioned
on my neighbor's assessment, though...

The first appliances we bought for ourselves were an Amana fridge and,
shortly thereafter, an Amana upright freezer.  The latter is still going
strong, almost 40 years later... the fridge was replaced a couple of
years ago (it died suddenly, deacon's one-horse-shay style) by the
Frigidaire we have now.  We go to the laundromat for washer and dryer,
and use their Maytags...  ;)  (Our Maytag washer still works, but our
set tub, and probably the drain as well, have major issues, so going
once a month or so to the laundromat when we run out of clothes makes
sense to us... it's a family outing... [g])  Our stove, which came with
the house, is a 1950's GE pushbutton electric.  Not all of it still
works, but enough does to not need to replace it yet...  :)  The fridge
that we first replaced with the Amana came with the house, too... and
died within the first few months of our moving in...  :)
