Hi Dale,

 How much snow did you get from the latest system? We got a dusting but
 sleet and freezing rain. Some counties closed school, others went on a
 2 hour delay (but all had early release yesterday). By late morning
 temps had warmed up to clear roads so while Steve had a therapy
 appointment, a neighbor and I went grocery shopping.

They also have pre made bars, which sort of shoots the idea of the fun
of making them in the foot.

If it's the one I'm thinking of (and can't remember its name), we
thought it was pretty good. OTOH, Steve bought a Kashi cereal once--I
tried it and told him that IMO, it tasted like sticks and cardboard.

They'd have liked the puffed stuff my mom got even less. She wouldn't
even buy the name brand; the store brand cost less and was of a lower
quality. It went soggy (especially the puffed rice) as soon as milk hit
it. Sigh! That stuff never entered our house when Steve and I got
married.

I'd use cannelli beans here--basically, they're white kidney beans.
